Muscle Show is for both Men and Women.

For Men we have 2 Divisions.

You can compete in either or both. Pls reach out to us info@ironrepublik.com if you wanna compete in 2 divisions.

For Women we have 1 Division. Women’s Bikini.

Weight and Height classes are as following:

Men’s Bodybuilding:

Below and Including 143.5 lbs
143.5 – 154 lbs
154 – 176.5 lbs
176.5 – 198.5 lbs
198.5 – 225 lbs
225 lbs +

Men’s Physique:

Below and Including 5’6”
5’6” – 5’8”
5’8” – 5’10”
5’10” – 6′
6′ and +

Women’s Bikini:

Below and Including 5’2”
5’2” – 5’4”
5’4” – 5’6”
5’6” – 5’8”
5’8” and +

Check Ins: 11:00 AM

Pre-Judging: 12:00 PM

Finals: 4:00 PM

Note:

If you are looking for tanning / touch-ups, worry no more, we will have onsite spray tanning facility.
